Getting the Band Back Together!

Music brings us together. Whether that’s from Amsterdam to The Hague, from one end of the Grote Marktstraat to the other, or in a high school bathroom, outside the closed doors of your favourite band’s concert, or at a barn with vampires lurking outside. That's why this November, Filmhuis Den Haag, Melkweg and PAARD are striking the same chord to present GETTING THE BAND BACK TOGETHER: a joint film programme celebrating bands in all shapes, sizes and genres. From first rehearsals to last concerts, we’re exploring what it means to make music together, find your people and turn up the volume through some of the highlights of musical cinema. Don't forget to stay for the encore.
