After his release from prison, Jake Blues reunites with his brother Elwood to save the Catholic orphanage where they grew up. Their solution? Get the band back together and raise the money through a series of increasingly chaotic gigs. With the police, a country band and a mysterious assassin hot on their heels, the brothers embark on a wild mission powered by rhythm and blues.
