Drank & Drugs
THIS APRIL, IT'S TIME TO PICK YOUR POISON
As 4/20 approaches, Filmhuis Den Haag turns the spotlight on booze, drugs, and everything in between with Drank & Drugs: a film programme that celebrates the highs, confronts the lows, and lingers in the messy middle.
From cult stoner classics to iconic drug-fuelled antiheroes, from hazy nights and wild parties to quiet breakdowns and lasting damage; these films capture the full spectrum of intoxication. Expect chaos, comedy, excess, and escape, but also addiction, fractured relationships, and hard consequences.
Whether you’re here for the trip or the comedown, we’re showing it all... The good, the bad, and the ugly.
