Before the screening of their film, one of the filmmakers, Kae Oktorina, will facilitate experimental, participatory workshops in which audiences co-create the film program by imagining ways to embody the objects of the “Lombok Treasure,” as a continuation of the making of the film ‘Idak-Idak-Idak’.
The workshop ais open to all, regardless of artistic experience. It focuses on embodied, emotional, and personal engagement, and are designed for co-creation, turning audience members into collaborators.
Participants are encouraged to bring:
> A memory of their mother or grandmother. This could be a story, an image, a gesture, a phrase, or simply a memory that has stayed with them.
> A small object that they consider a kind of personal “treasure”, it doesn’t need to be valuable. It could be something inherited, found, made by someone they love, or simply an ordinary object that carries a meaningful memory.
However, both are optional, and participants can still join the workshop without bringing anything.
