A traumatized young man named Billy, who as a boy witnessed his parents being murdered by a man dressed as Santa Claus, grows up in a harsh Catholic orphanage. As an adult working in a toy store, he is forced to wear a Santa suit and his repressed trauma triggers a murderous Christmas Eve rampage.
Een getraumatiseerde jonge man genaamd Billy, die als kind getuige was van de moord op zijn ouders door een man verkleed als de Kerstman, groeit op in een streng katholiek weeshuis. Als volwassene, terwijl hij in een speelgoedwinkel werkt, wordt hij gedwongen een Kerstmanpak te dragen en zijn onderdrukte trauma leidt tot een moorddadige uitbarsting op kerstavond.
