Na ruim 10 jaar samen te zijn, bevinden muzikant Tim en lerares Millie (real-life koppel Dave Franco en Alison Brie) zich op een kruispunt in hun levens als ze van de stad naar het platteland verhuizen, en alles wat hen bekend is achter zich laten. De spanning tussen het disfunctionele koppel loopt extra hoog op als een bovennatuurlijke gebeurtenis dreigt hun lichamen, liefde en levens voorgoed te veranderen. Wat begint als een poging om elkaar terug te vinden, verandert al snel in een verstikkende nachtmerrie.

After more than 10 years together, musician Tim and teacher Millie (real-life couple Dave Franco and Alison Brie) find themselves at a crossroads when they move from the city to the countryside, leaving everything familiar behind. Tensions between the dysfunctional couple rise even further when a supernatural event threatens to change their bodies, love, and lives forever. What begins as an attempt to reconnect soon turns into a suffocating nightmare.
Together, from writer-director Michael Shanks, is a dark yet entertaining blend of romantic drama and body horror. The film emerged as one of the major hits of the 2025 Sundance Film Festival.
