Ape to Ape / Aap tot Aap (Meike Schaapveld): Strong leaders are supposed to control their emotions, right? In this cinematic experiment, chimpanzees and science challenge filmmaker Meike’s assumptions. She discovers that vulnerability may actually be her greatest strength for connection.
Uitgebeend (Cocó Stout, Marit in ’t Veen): Leo van Vliet runs the last family-owned butcher shop in Delft, a business he inherited from his father. At 67, keeping it going is increasingly challenging. Uitgebeend follows his final working years, showing how the shop blends tradition, community, and the struggles of family businesses in a globalized world.
