When a group of friends ventures into an unexplored cave system in the Appalachian Mountains, what begins as an adrenaline-fuelled adventure quickly descends into a claustrophobic nightmare. Trapped underground, with no way back and something lurking in the darkness, the women must fight for survival — against both the horrors hiding beneath the earth and the ones they bring with them. In the pitch black, the only thing more terrifying than what you can’t see is what you can hear coming.
