After promising to fulfill a family wish, retired teacher Lia travels from Georgia to Istanbul in search of her missing niece. Together with the young and resourceful Achi, she navigates a city where every street holds new possibilities and dead ends. Along the way, unexpected encounters reshape their understanding of family, identity, and belonging. Their search becomes as much about connection as it is about finding someone.
Nadat ze heeft beloofd een familiewens te vervullen, reist de gepensioneerde lerares Lia vanuit Georgië naar Istanbul op zoek naar haar vermiste nicht. Samen met de jonge en vindingrijke Achi trekt ze door een stad waar iedere straat nieuwe mogelijkheden en doodlopende sporen biedt.
