Brahmachari, once an orphan himself, starts a home for orphaned children. As a photographer, he tries to support the children, but this proves far from easy. One day he meets Sheetal, who is about to commit suicide because her wealthy fiancé no longer wants to marry her. Brahmachari prevents her suicide and promises to transform her into the kind of beauty that a rich playboy would fall in love with.
Brahmachari, ooit zelf een weeskind, begint een tehuis voor weeskinderen. Als fotograaf probeert hij de kinderen te onderhouden, maar dit blijkt niet gemakkelijk. Op een dag ontmoet hij Sheetal, die op het punt staat zelfmoord te plegen omdat haar rijke verloofde toch niet met haar wil trouwen. Brahmachari voorkomt haar zelfmoord en belooft haar te transformeren in het soort schoonheid waar een rijke playboy verliefd op zou worden.
