iAfrica Film Festival
Through African Eyes! The next edition of iAfrica Film Festival will take place on October 11th and 12th, 2024.
Welcome to the iAfrica Film Festival (iAFF) at Filmhuis Den Haag! This festival celebrates the rich and diverse cultural contributions of the African continent, looking beyond the familiar resources and natural wealth. iAFF challenges dominant narratives about Africa by offering a platform for authentic stories from African filmmakers, both from the continent and the diaspora. This year, we focus on Southern Africa with a carefully curated film program. The opening film will be introduced by founders Dady Kiyangi and Angélique Mbundu. Don’t miss this unique opportunity to experience Africa from a fresh perspective!
